We at CSC Blog applaud our pal Congressman Tim Scott (R-SC) for taking a stand (along with Sen Orrin Hatch) "for" U.S. private sector workers. Working folks should have the right to choose, while on the job, whether they'll represent themselves directly before management or whether they'll hand over that control of their lives to some union boss. Along with expensive monthly union dues.
Write your congressperson and ask them to support the Employee Rights Act.
Way to go Congressman Tim! 'Bout time someone took the initiative. Next step? Defund the NLRB...
